Assumptions

What this calculator does—and does not—model

It answers a mathematical base-odds question. It does not simulate the current game's unpublished Luck, upgrade, potion, event, or pity behavior.

Independent rolls

Each roll uses the same one-in-N input and does not change the next roll.

No hidden modifiers

Luck, potions, upgrades, events, and pity are excluded because current formulas are not published.

Average, not guarantee

Expected rolls equals N, but any individual player can hit earlier or continue missing past that point.

FAQ

RNG Battles odds questions

Is the calculator exact?

The probability math is exact for the one-in-N value and roll count you enter, assuming every roll is independent. The input itself may be a legacy value.

Does the calculator include Luck?

No. The current Luck formula is not published, so Luck, potions, upgrades, events, and other modifiers are excluded.

Does one expected value guarantee the ability?

No. Expected rolls is a mathematical average. You can hit earlier or continue missing after that many rolls.

Can I enter an odds value from the current game?

Yes. Choose Manual current value and enter the one-in-N number shown in your game for the most relevant base calculation.
